Will Jackson - St. Marks National Wrestling Competitor

During my junior year wrestling season, I was the lightest 215-pounder in the state; even while trying my best to gain weight, I dropped from 210 pounds at the beginning of the season to 190 at the end! Brian helped me gain my weight back for the next season, and his nutrition advice enabled me to stick to a lean 210 pounds for my entire senior year season. Furthermore, working with Brian was incredibly effective therapy for my battered body; instead of compensating for a hundred different aches and pains throughout the season, I was working joint movements and recovering. Brian helped me wrestle at my top level, both through exercise and eating, enabling me to achieve my goals. His instruction has not only changed how I wrestle, but how I live. Thank you Brian!

Working with Brian has opened my eyes about what true health and fitness really mean. I’ve learned how to think, eat and move based on what MY body needs. The advice and direction he has given me is within my limits which in turn has resulted in sustainable weight loss. Love it!”

“I’ve had several personal trainers in the past but none and I mean none
could even come close to what I was able to accomplish with him. His
focus on the “well being” of the “total being” (mind, body, & spirit)
far surpasses any of his counterparts. He has a unique gift of being
able to motivate individuals into accomplishing what they never thought
possible or could have done on their own. He truly is an amazing
individual that has an even more amazing talent that sets the benchmark
as not only what a trainer should be, but more importantly, the
individual of integrity that we all should be.”
